Tricia Best is a Colorado Springs, Colorado native and has been practicing property management since 2008. Since the opening of Rosas Best Real Estate Group in 2016, she has served as Tenant Coordinator, Property Management Advisor, and Administrator.
Her primary goal is to ensure that both homeowners and tenants are well cared for, with all needs addressed and communication handled thoroughly and professionally. She is diligent in keeping homeowners informed regarding tenant matters, monthly owner statements, and year-end tax documentation.
