Rosas Best Real Estate Group is more than a brokerage for buying and selling homes, we are also a full-service Property Management company. Since 2016, RBRE has worked closely with homeowners to lease, manage, and maintain their investment properties with care and transparency.
We prioritize protecting our clients by providing the information needed to make confident, informed decisions. Our services include detailed market reports, property condition assessments, and thorough tenant screening, including financial verification and background checks. Our goal is simple: to return each property to the homeowner in the same condition in which it was originally rented.
Rosas Best Real Estate Group utilizes Property Management Agreements and Lease contracts drafted by licensed attorneys and approved for use in the State of Colorado. We pride ourselves on continuing education, innovation, and delivering a stress-free, convenient experience for our homeowners.

About Tricia Best of Rosas Best Real Estate Group
Tricia Best is a Colorado Springs, Colorado native and has been practicing property management since 2008. Since the opening of Rosas Best Real Estate Group in 2016, she has served as Tenant Coordinator, Property Management Advisor, and Administrator.
Her primary goal is to ensure that both homeowners and tenants are well cared for, with all needs addressed and communication handled thoroughly and professionally. She is diligent in keeping homeowners informed regarding tenant matters, monthly owner statements, and year-end tax documentation.
